Aburi Hana has evolved into a contemporary Japanese dining experience inspired by the Hanamachi culture of Edo, replacing its traditional kaiseki format with refined seasonal à la carte and tasting menus, an elevated cocktail program, and a curated selection of premium sake and wines.

Our story

Our à la carte menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, highlighting Japanese vegetables, fruits and fresh seafood through traditional technique and modern creativity. A thoughtfully crafted cocktail program and curated selection of premium wines complete the experience.

Each dish is presented on Arita ware, a porcelain tradition shaped by more than 400 years of Japanese craftsmanship. Selected pieces include the work of ceramic artist Chitojin Sawada, whose rabbit motif symbolizes the moon, longevity, prosperity and good fortune.

From each ingredient to the vessel that holds it, every detail reflects Japan’s enduring artistry, seasonality and spirit of hospitality.

Driven by passion

Aburi Hana is an Edo-inspired Japanese dining experience where seasonal cuisine, exceptional cocktails, premium sake and wine, art and omotenashi come together beneath one roof.
