Please avoid wearing perfumes or applying fragrant lotions, to refrain from hindering your upcoming multi-sensory experience.
We ask that mobile devices be placed on silent mode, to allow all guests the opportunity to enjoy a truly immersive evening. Phone calls can be answered by the reception desk if needed.
DRESS CODE & FRAGRANCE POLICY
To honour the upscale nature of the HANA experience, we ask that guests dine in business casual to formal attire. Please avoid wearing perfumes or applying fragrant lotions, to refrain from hindering your upcoming multi-sensory experience.
CHILDREN
While we do allow younger children in our Private Dining Rooms, we do not offer kid menu options and the full menu charge will apply per guest, with the exception of infants. We do not have any high chairs or booster chairs.
Please let us know in advance if there will be children within your party.
ACCESSIBILITY
ABURI HANA is in compliance with accessibility laws, as set forth by Toronto building codes. We have an elevator located after the main entrance that will assist you downstairs to our front reception area.
PARKING
If you plan on driving the evening of your reservation, ABURI Hana and CITIPARK have partnered with their Cumberland St. Parkade at 125 Yorkville Ave. to offer a $12 parking voucher to be used towards your final parking bill while you enjoy your dining experience. The parkade is a short walk south of the restaurant with entrances to the parkade off both Yorkville Ave. and Cumberland St.
PAIRINGS & BEVERAGES
Sake Director, Amy Lee has put together an exceptionally curated sake pairing, as well as a list of a la carte sake & wine offerings to complement your culinary experience.
Non-alcoholic options are available.

Outside food and beverages are not permissible.
CAKES
Cake Service Fee: We can assist with the presentation and service of the cake at the end of the experience for private dining rooms - 2% additional gratuity will be applied to the final bill. Cakes are only accepted in Private Dining Room bookings and are not permissible at the Chef’s Counter.
GIFT CARDS
To purchase an ABURI HANA gift card, please click here. ABURI Restaurants Canada gift cards are valid at all our sister venues and do not expire.
PAYMENT
We accept all major Credit Cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AliPay, Unionpay), Debit Cards and ABURI Gift Cards. Please note, we are only able to accept cash payments for the exact amount.
Please note that an automatic 20 percent gratuity will be added to your final bill.
SMOKING
Our restaurant is a smoke-free restaurant and does not permit any use of e-cigarettes or vaporizers.
The City of Toronto Bylaw prohibits smoking within nine metres of an entrance or exit of any building that is used by the public.
HOURS OF OPERATION
ABURI HANA is open for dinner service Tuesday to Saturday with seating starting at 5 PM with the exception of Tuesday, which has a 7 PM seating.
For all phone inquiries, our Front Desk Reception is available from 3 PM - 9 PM Tuesday to Saturday.
The Kakurega Private Dining Rooms can accommodate various bookings from Tuesday to Saturday. Click here to visit Tock for our current availability.
