Originating from Kyoto, Japan, Kyō-Kaiseki cuisine is a particularly elaborate style of dining with ties to traditional Japanese tea ceremonies. Emphasis is placed on the subtle flavours of fresh, seasonal ingredients resulting in a refined, multi-course, culinary experience.

Our menu is based on the traditional Kyōto-style Kaiseki concept, which showcases meticulously curated and seasonally dynamic offerings. Approaching food as an art form, our chefs are highly influenced by the seasons and local ingredients while incorporating signature Aburi (flame-seared) techniques throughout. Our contemporary take on Kyō-Kaiseki incorporates both Japanese and local ingredients, using modern gastronomy with ancient techniques.

Our Signature Kyō-Kaiseki 12-course experience is $430 per guest, exclusive of beverage pairings, HST & 20% service charge.

available at both the Chef’s Counter and our esteemed Kakurega Private Dining Rooms.
