Dining Time

Please allow 2-2.5 hours for your Hana experience. 

Large Groups

For our Kakurega private rooms, you are invited to book up to 8 guests via our online portal.

For our Chef's Counter, you are invited to book up to 6 guests via our online portal.

For larger reservations, please email hana@aburirestaurants.com. Please note the maximum party size we can accommodate is 16.

Chef’s Counter

While dining at our exclusive Chef's Counter, you will witness true culinary artistry come to life. Guests will have the opportunity to engage with our chefs while experiencing special omotenashi (anticipatory) service.

At the Chef's Counter, guests are seated side-by-side for the most optimal view of the kitchen. Please note, the Chef’s Counter is reserved for mature diners.

Kakurega Private Dining Rooms

Our Kakurega private dining rooms accommodate 2-8 people and are an intimate alternative to our Chef’s Counter. Kakurega translates to “hidden gem” in Japanese.

Cancellation

Guests may cancel or modify their reservation up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. Within 72 hours of the reservation time, guests will be charged half the cost of their selected menu.  

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a fee totalling the full cost of the selected menu. 

All fees are charged per person, to the credit card on file. 

Allergies

Our chefs have created a highly specialized menu, and each dish is a delicate balance of components. We may be limited in our options for substitutions. However, we do strive to accommodate most allergies.

Please note your allergy information at the time of your reservation, and you will be contacted by our team to confirm. We may not be able to honour reservations for guests with severe seafood, soy or gluten allergies.

Reservation Times

March 2020

Chef's Counter, both Aburi and Hana menus available:

  • Tuesday and Wednesday - 7 PM seating

  • Wednesday to Sunday - 5:30 PM and 8:45 PM

The Kakurega Private Dining Rooms accommodate bookings between 5:30–8:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. 

April 2020  

Chef's Counter, Hana menu only:

  • Tuesday to Saturday - 5:30 PM and 8:45 PM

  • Sunday - 6 PM seating

Guests can choose to experience either the Hana or Aburi menu in our Kakurega Private Dining Rooms. Reservations are available between 5:30–8:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday, and 5:30–7 PM on Sundays.  

Please arrive promptly as dinner will start at your reservation time.
